My food journey mirrors my life journey – a roller coaster. In the past 10 years I’ve been an attorney, a food blogger, a business owner, a fitness instructor, a social media consultant, and a stay at home mom. I’ve also tried being gluten-free, dairy-free, dabbled in Paleo and veganism (hard no for me). I’m entering a new phase of life where I want to stop searching for the “right” thing in my life and on my plate. This blog is all about listening to my intuition and what makes me feel satisfied and happy in the kitchen and in life. Because happy is healthy.
